Vit Beo opened in January 2018. David Huynh left the world of bartending and cocktails to reconnect with his roots to bring everyday Vietnamese food to Torontotonians in a new way.

Vit Beo is an intimate experience that closely connects diners with our cooks and the food we prepare for you. At VB we value the connection that we all have with dining and create the best possible environment for everyone to enjoy it in.

Vietnamese food is a story of resilience—a cuisine shaped by history, migration, and reinvention. At Vit Beo, we honour that legacy by pushing it forward. We take the bold, everyday flavours of Vietnam and reimagine them through a Toronto lens, second-generation experience, crafting dishes that are at once nostalgic and new.
